Privacy and Confidentiality:

What is discussed in the counseling sessions is private and confidential.

There is, however, a legal obligation to report the following:
1. Child abuse and neglect
2. If you threaten to harm yourself or someone else
3. A breach of court orders

Children under the age of 18 years must have the consent of both parents.
