  1. Text, call or email Janet to ask questions and set up a time.
  2. Hours are between 9am and 7pm conveniently and confidentially online via SKYPE, Google Duo, FaceTime or phone
  3. Once COVID is under control sessions can also be booked in your home or in person. (there will be an additional charge for this service)
  4. Assessment tools, homework handouts and feedback are all part of the counselling fee.
  5. Once you feel you have met your counselling needs at this time, follow-up sessions can be booked 6 months or a year or more later.
